I absolutely love Pedro Pascal. Not just because he\u2019s a sexy rugged looking man who can appeal to teenage girls and people\u2019s grandmothers, fathers, grandfathers, all at once, but because I think he represents an important shift in what people want, especially what women want. Not to be cheesy, but I think he is proof that really questionable, lowkey abusive, pedophilic love interests made for teenage audiences are kind of \u201cout\u201d at the moment. Hopefully it stays this way. Pedro is no Leonardo DiCaprio (consistently dating 20 year olds), he compliments women\u2019s nails while they are interviewing him, and he is intensely supportive of LGBTQ+ rights online. Elephant in the room, he is old enough to be a father to a lot of the girls that are obsessed with him, but that isn\u2019t as bad as it seems. Hear me out. I truly believe if he actually dated a questionably young woman, which we all know he never would, young women would stop adoring him so much. Why? Because he is a safe space, where liking an older man stays a fantasy, but where him being a good man is reality, if there was a breach, I think it would really, really ruin the appeal.
