Hence why I propose the best course of action when it comes to breaking out of your own coupled shell: date yourself. Take yourself out to a place you want to go that your partner wouldn\u2019t be interested in; get into a new hobby that adds a more balanced schedule; stare into your own eyes in the mirror.
