I get it. Inflation is wild right now and an uptick in prices isn’t entirely unheard of. What I’m struggling to wrap my head around is how inflation can cause a $15 increase in my favorite makeup products. In what world is $40 for a lip oil a reasonable price point for a product that while tastes like liquified sugar, will not last me till a new lip oil hits the trend cycle. How am I supposed to maintain the illusion of no makeup?
